Due to abnormal course conditions predominantly on greens 8 & 18 due to slow recovery and green rehab.
“If your ball is on the putting green on a bare patch and/or there is interference from a bare patch on your putting line to the hole due to this abnormal course condition, your options are to either take nearest point of relief no closer to the hole (for no penalty) or play the ball as it lies. Under rule16.1d”.
