The Final Match
The Semi Finals in the Don Watson Trophy 2025 have been played out. Paul Riley (1) played Adam Brennen (5) in Semi Final A and Jake Thompson (7) played Paul Key (30) in Semi Final B. Paul Riley was able to defeat Adam Brennen 2 up and Jake Thompson defeated Paul Key 3 & 2. Congratulations goes out to both Adam Brennen and Paul Key for making it so far into this multi week knockout competition.
So now it's down to the wire with only the FINAL left to play ... who will be victorious? Will it be the Number 1 seed Paul Riley who has been very consistent with his play of late, or will it be the Number 7 seed Jake Thompson who played well throughout the Major Pennants this season? Only time will tell.
The Final is to played by the 13th April, 2025 at a time that suits both players. Good luck gentlemen.
